MARKSVILLE, La (press release) – IAmSimplyBeautiful Global, in partnership with the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana, announced the 2nd Annual LaRuE Women’s Empowerment Celebration, taking place on the evening of Monday, Sept. 8, at Paragon Casino Resort in Marksville, Louisiana.

This event is an official add-on to the Louisiana Rural and Economic Development (LaRuE) Summit, designed to celebrate, connect, and inspire women making a difference in rural communities across Louisiana.

Following a successful debut in 2024—headlined by Louisiana Secretary of State Nancy Landry and featuring guest speakers such as Louisiana State Senator, Heather Cloud—this year’s celebration returns with even more energy under the bold and spirited theme: “Let’s Go Girls.” Inspired by IAmSimplyBeautiful Global’s Let’s Go Girls Initiative, launching this summer, the theme focuses on empowering women through workforce development, leadership growth, and confidence-building, particularly in rural and underserved regions.

“We are deeply grateful to Chairman Marshall Pierite for his unwavering support of our vision to empower women across Louisiana,” said Ashley Love, founder of IAmSimplyBeautiful Global in a release about the event. “His belief in the power of women’s leadership and his commitment to providing us a platform through the LaRuE Summit allows us to inspire, uplift, and encourage women throughout the state. Because of leaders like him, we’re building something truly transformative.”

What to Expect:
Motivational Keynote Speakers (To be announced)
Dinner Included with Ticket
Live Entertainment & Music
Line Dancing, Games & Giveaways
Themed Photo Area & Glam Stations
Inspiring Networking Opportunities

Love went on to say, “Let’s Go Girls is more than just a catchy theme—it’s a call to rise. This night is about sisterhood, celebration, and showing up boldly as ourselves. We’re creating a space for women to feel seen, supported, and ready to lead.”

The event is open to all women—whether you’re an entrepreneur, educator, student, tribal leader, or changemaker.

Tickets are $25 and include dinner. Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged.
