Louisiana Hooters Locations Team Up with LSU Baseball Players to Help Local Organizations

BATON ROUGE, La (press release) – This Summer, the Houma, Northshore, Westbank and Siegen Lane Hooters locations hosted canned food and pet supply drives with meet and greet opportunities with Jared Jones, Steven Milam, Jake Brown and Casan Evans.   Jared, Steven, Casan and Jake signed autographs and took pictures for fans who brought canned goods, pet supplies or made a monetary donation during designated events.

The Louisiana Hooters locations teamed up with Bruce Fuselier Junior and Primetime Sports to collect donations for local organizations that help with food insecurity, pantries and animals.   Hooters Houma partnered with Jared Jones to support Terrebone Churches United Food BankHooters Siegen partnered with Steven Milam to support Companion Animal Alliance of Baton Rouge.  Hooters Northshore partnered with Jake Brown to support Northshore Food BankHooters Westbank partnered with Casan Evans to support Second Harvest Food Bank.  Over $14,000 in total was donated plus more than 1,000 lbs. of food and pet supplies were collected.

Hooters of Louisiana hosted the “Bring a Can Meet the Man” initiative to raise awareness and collect donations to help local nonprofits. “We love supporting our community in Louisiana and the opportunity to team up with Jared Jones, Steven Milam, Jake Brown and Casan Evans to collect donations and help families who face insecurity and make an impact with animals,” said Holly Simon, Director of Marketing for Hooters of Louisiana.
