Dixie Center Presents 2nd Annual “Christmas Blues” Concert

RUSTON, La (press release) – The Dixie Center for the Arts will have its second annual “Christmas Blues” concert on Wednesday, Dec. 10, at 7 p.m. Hosted by bluesman Clay LeBlanc, this one-night event will showcase Louisiana musicians, bringing holiday music and blues standards to the historic Dixie stage.
Every artist on the “Christmas Blues” concert lineup is a Louisiana native, representing the state’s rich musical heritage. Artists include Anna Claire Campbell, Buddy Flett, Ryan Ramos, Adrian Lamkin, Matt Dean, Trevor Tucker, Andy Richardson, Bill Deese, Tony Cortellini, Dave P. Moore, Mr. TaylorMade and Zeb Payne.
“Christmas Blues,” designed to bring people together, is sponsored by Century Next Bank with additional funding from the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation Community Partnership Grant. Proceeds from this show will benefit the Dixie Center and its year-round programming.
The Dixie Center for the Arts continues its mission to celebrate local talent while providing cultural enrichment and entertainment for the region.
