BOGALUSA, La. (press release) — Lake Isabel Farm reopened on Friday, April 24, welcoming guests to its clear blue lake, white sand beaches and unique natural setting in Washington Parish.

Following its inaugural 2025 season that drew more than 3,000 visitors, Lake Isabel Farm has expanded amenities and new ways for guests to enjoy a day on the lake. The destination will initially operate Friday through Sunday, with additional days expected to be added as summer approaches.

“We’re excited to welcome guests back for another season and continue building on what made last year so special,” said Lake Isabel Farm Owner Anthony Sedlak. “We listened closely to feedback and focused on adding more spaces for people to gather, relax and make a full day out of their visit. Whether you’re coming out early or just for a peaceful afternoon, there’s something here for everyone.”

New at Lake Isabel Farm

New for the 2026 season, Lake Isabel Farm will introduce an afternoon ticket option beginning at 3 p.m., offering a lower-priced way to enjoy the property during its quieter, more relaxed hours.

Guests will also notice significant enhancements across the property, including new beachside structures. These include:

  • Seven new A-frame beach shade structures for guest use
  • Two new cabanas, bringing the total to seven available for groups (included at no additional cost with qualifying ticket purchases)
  • A new changing room with a baby changing station
  • A large covered grilling and dining area with shaded seating, open to all guests

In addition to more comfort and convenience, Lake Isabel Farm has expanded its recreational offerings with additional chairs, kayaks, games and activities, building on fan-favorite amenities like the diving platform, beach volleyball court, fishing areas and scenic walking trails.
