Baton Rouge Photographer Will Host “The Rhythm Reset”
BATON ROUGE (press release) – Jenn Ocken, a Baton Rouge creative cultivator, photographer and facilitator, will host The Rhythm Reset in Baton Rouge on Feb. 21, with limited spots available.
The Rhythm Reset is a small-group, one-day experience designed for people who are tired of pushing for clarity and ready to move at a more sustainable pace. The experience blends the structure of a workshop with the spaciousness of a retreat.
“The retreats that changed me most were never the loudest or the most intense,” said Ocken. “They were the ones where I felt trusted, where structure existed without squeezing the life out of the room. The Rhythm Reset is built from that noticing.”
Ocken shares that she has over 25 years of experience guiding individuals and communities through transitions. She is the creator of Creative Adaptive Intelligence (CAI), a values-based approach to clarity, decision-making and leadership when certainty isn’t available.
Ocken’s work centers on sustainable momentum, creative leadership and helping people orient themselves when something needs to shift, without rushing resolution.
Participants of The Rhythm Reset will move through guided sessions, open integration windows and choice-based experiences that allow them to:
- Engage or step back
- Listen to their own timing
- Integrate insights in real time
- Strengthen self-trust instead of outsourcing it
The Rhythm Reset Format
- Opening orientation and intention setting
- Three guided workshops (clarity, nourishment, body-based self-trust)
- Built-in open windows for rest, reflection and creative processing
- Optional 1:1 coaching conversations
- Gentle closing and community connection
- No performance. No pressure. No fixing.
What Will Be Addressed
- Burnout without urgency
- Productivity without hustle
- Creativity without comparison
- Inspiration as a practice, not a pursuit
Ocken shares that the experience is grounded in a simple truth: Creativity and inspiration are muscles, and they strengthen when rhythm and capacity are honored.
When: Friday, Feb. 21, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Location: Baton Rouge, La
Capacity: Limited to eight participants
