Landry Vineyards 5k Wine Run + Live Music Saturdays
A Vineyard Run/Walk With Philanthropy, Live Music and More
WEST MONROE, La. – The Landry Vineyards 5k Wine Run, offering wine, live music and more, takes place Saturday, April 18, at 1 p.m.
The race, open to all ages and skill levels, offers a scenic course through the vineyard.
The 5k Wine Run is followed by the Lagniappe Saturday series, which features live music, a single performer, duo or trio rather than a full concert, like the main Landry Vineyards Concert Series. With a total of 17 Lagniappe Saturday series, live music will take place every Saturday from now through May.
This Saturday, after the 5k Wine Run, Dave Gore will perform. The winners from the 5k Wine Run will be announced during the music.
The full schedule for April 18 is as follows:
- 11:30 a.m. – Check-in for the 5k Wine Run begins
- 1 p.m. – 5k starts
- 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. – Wine tastings & flights
- 3 – 6:30 p.m. – Lagniappe Saturday concert featuring live music by Dave Gore
Vineyard and Winery Tours will not be available on April 18. However, wine tastings are available, offering six one-ounce wine samples with a stemmed Landry Vineyards wine glass for $10.00, from 11 a.m. until the music ends. Pre-made appointments are only for groups of six or more.
Additionally, the disc golf course is open for free play.
5k Wine Run Details + Registration
The $45 registration, open online now until the day of the race, includes the following:
- Race t-shirt
- Pour of wine (or free soft drink for runners under 21)
- 5k medal
- Race bib with chipped time
- This race is timed and scored by RaceResult
- Your choice of a local non-profit organization to which a portion of your registration fee will go
- Local non-profit organization options are Life Choices, Pilots for Patients or The Renewal Center (The Desiard Street Shelter)
- Registrants will have the opportunity to donate additional funds towards the non-profit of their choosing.
Runners can pick up their race package the week of the race from 11 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. or the day of the race.

Lagniappe Saturday Details
- Single-man performance, not a regular Saturday Concert Series
- Admission is free. Please tip the musician
- Landry Vineyards Wine for sale by the cup, bottle and flight
- Tables are first-come, first-served. No table reservations for this event except for wine club members
- Guests can bring a lawn chair or blanket
- 12″ pizzas, cheese blocks, summer sausage, and crackers available for purchase
- Outside food and snacks are allowed
- No pets or outside alcohol
- Wine tastings available until the music ends
- No Vineyard and Winery Tours
