Luling’s Lafon Performing Arts Center Introduces 2025/2026 Season of Entertainment

LULING, La (press release) – The Lafon Performing Arts Center is proud to announce their 2025-2026 season and a new programming model. The new season will host meaningful, memorable encounters between professional artists, students, educators and families and kicks off in Early September with the Sharpe Family Singers.

“It is with great pride and anticipation that I welcome you to the 2025-2026 season shaped by the powerful idea that art is a bridge,” said Ned Moore, director of the Lafon Performing Arts Center. “We’re excited to bring generations, cultures and perspectives together through all of the diverse performances we have coming to the Lafon Performing Arts Center.”

With this unique mission in mind, the Lafon Arts Center has newly organized their programming into three sections, each celebrating how art is a bridge for connection.

The Main Stage Series features a lineup of 10 national and international touring artists, while the Community Series highlights six local artists and arts organizations from St. Charles Parish, and the School Series presents more than 50 performances by St. Charles Parish Public School students, offering community members and students alike the opportunity to experience a wide range of talent on the world-class Shell Theatre stage equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

While individual tickets start at $25, the Lafon Arts Center also offers three subscription levels to The Main Stage, as well as a membership program. These programs give patrons the opportunity to continuously see top local talent.

Each seat purchased supports a rising star, by funding the Artsperience program. Through this unique program, the Lafon Arts Center ensures that over 7,000 St. Charles Parish Public School Students experience free professional performing arts classes and events during the school day. With buses chartered to and from public school campuses, students can experience a unique learning model which fosters a passion for the arts.

From Broadway features to circus performances, the 2025-2026 season at the Lafon Center is a vibrant celebration of creativity, connection and community, guaranteed to inspire audiences of all ages.
