As a genre-bending artist, he mixes country with hip-hop influences and pays homage to his upbringing through his music. With his versatility, he creates head-bobbing soundtracks for line dancing, tailgating, crawfish boils and reminiscent rides down old dirt roads. He also sings heart-warming slow love songs like Josh Turner’s “Your Man.”
New Orleans: William Horne
In March, New Orleans composer and award-winning educator, William Horne, released his album “Chamber Music of William Horne, Volume Three.” This collection of chamber music was orchestrated with a French horn, piano, saxophone and flute. The group released its latest album “Infinite Hatch” in October 2023. Each song is a work of art and embodies freedom of expression. In April, they went on tour and performed in states like Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri, Tennessee and Mississippi.
