BATON ROUGE, La (press release) – Bally’s Baton Rouge Casino & Hotel celebrated the grand opening of its new casino and entertainment complex on Dec. 6.
The opening marked the completion of Bally’s multiyear, $160 million investment in revitalizing a dormant area of downtown Baton Rouge.
Bally’s offers 25,000 square feet of Vegas-style gaming, DraftKings sportsbook, entertainment and restaurants. See the full list of features below.
The debut featured a themed celebration, “Paint the Town Rouge,” highlighted by a 250-piece pyrotechnic drone show illuminating the sky above the Mississippi River.
Additionally, NFL star and former LSU Tiger Rueben Randle made a celebrity appearance, opening DraftKings sportsbook with the first bet and mingling with fans throughout the evening.
